Q. Do your chauffeurs wear uniforms?

A. All our chauffeurs are fully uniformed in suits, shirts and a company tie. (Hats and gloves worn on request)

 

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We accept cheques or cash (with prior agreement), and all major credit / debit cards.

 

Q How much notice do I need to give before hiring a chauffeured vehicle?

A. As much notice as possible, as the vehicle you may want is already booked out on hire for that particular date or time.

 

Q. Can you provide chauffeur driven cars for weddings?

A. We can cater for weddings, please use our online booking form to get a quote or alternatively email or call us for a quote, be sure to book in advance especially during high season (June, July and August).

 

Q. Can you guarantee that your vehicle will collect me/us on time?
A. Our Chauffeur will normally arrive at the pickup destination fifteen minutes prior to the clients requested time. Should the driver be delayed due to traffic conditions, they will telephone the client to report the situation.

 

Q. What happens when a flight is delayed?
A. Times are continuously monitored on the Internet prior to arrival, therefore we will be aware of any delay.

 

Q. When being collected at an airport, how do we find our driver after flight arrival?
A. Our driver will be waiting inside the terminal, at the exit from the customs hall, with a name board showing the clients name(s). Should the driver be missed for any reason, please ask the airport information desk to page our driver or telephone our office on +44(0) 121 446 4929.

 

Q. Do you only work in the West Midlands?

A. No, we are nationwide and cover the entire mainland UK.

Q. Is smoking permitted in any of the vehicles?

A. All vehicles are strictly no smoking, this is in compliance with England's smoking ban of July 1st 2007.

Q. What if I need to cancel my booking?  Am I entitled to a refund?

A. Depending on how much notice you give to us depends on the balance of money you are refunded. As you can understand, We may have turned away business since your booking and do need to compensate for lost work.
